Müller Schupfner & Partner is pleased to announce that our Managing Partner F. Peter Müller has been appointed as a member of the “Supervisory Board” of ECTA (European Communities Trademark Association).
F. Peter Müller has been a patent and trademark attorney since 1998 and Managing Partner of Müller Schupfner & Partner in Munich since 1999. Between 2016 and 2020, he has already served as Special Advisor to the President of the EUIPO. In addition, Mr. Müller has already served as President and Council Member of ECTA and as a member of the Board of INTA (International Trademark Association). Mr. Mueller is also a renowned and often invited expert to speak on IP issues and the growing importance of international mediation in IP disputes.
