Profil
Stefan has many years of experience in national and international patent and utility model infringement cases. His dual qualification as a lawyer and European patent attorney makes him ideally qualified to assess both the legal and technical aspects of the cases he handles on behalf of clients, in particular with regard to coordination of infringement and validity proceedings. He also advises on licensing agreements, employee inventions and entitlement proceedings. His litigation experience on the other hand enables him to draft claims that are clearly and cogently formulated to withstand potential attacks.
After receiving his diploma in physical engineering from the University of Applied Sciences in Munich, Stefan Bianchin completed his law studies and his legal traineeship in Augsburg. Subsequently, Stefan Bianchin was admitted to the bar and as a European Patent Attorney.
