Profile

Clemens is a managing partner of MSP in Munich and has been working in Intellectual Property Law for more than 20 years. He advises clients in both patent and trademark law. His focus is on global portfolio counseling, patent litigation, conducting opposition and appeal proceedings, and drafting contracts, with focus on license, development and cooperation agreements. He also regularily advises clients in inter partes negotiations.

After finishing his master in Mechanical Engineering at the Technical University of Munich and the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT), Cambridge (USA), Clemens attended law studies for two years for Patent Attorneys at the University of Hagen and was admitted as German Patent and Trademark Attorney as well as European Patent and Trademark Attorney.
