Katharina has worked in the field ofIntellectual Property Law since 2007 and advises international and national clients on Trademark Law, in particular on trademark filing strategies as well as opposition and cancellation proceedings. Furthermore, she is active in the enforcement and defence of clients’ trademark and design rights in and out of court, including preliminary injunction proceedings. Her clients are from the sectors of medical technology, cosmetics as well as automotive and household appliances.

Katharina completed her studies with a focus on Intellectual Property Law in Passau and Munich, Germany. During her legal traineeship, she worked in the IP department of KPMG in Munich, Germany, and Dublin, Ireland.
