Prof. Günter Grättinger has been advising his clients for many years on all aspects of intellectual property law, with a particular focus on patent applications and patent litigation, as well as trade mark opposition proceedings and infringement proceedings.

In addition to his legal practice, he served for many years as chairman of the board of PAVIS e.G. and was appointed an honorary member of the Faculty of Mathematics and Computer Science at the University of Passau.
