Mascha Heidelberg is specialized in trademark law, design law, Internet law, unfair competition law, and copyright law. She is particularly experienced with the judicial and out-of-court enforcement of trademark rights and designs, especially in the context of registration, opposition, cancellation and infringement proceedings. She advises clients on the establishment and maintenance of worldwide trademark portfolios as well as on the prosecution of trademark and product piracy cases including customs seizures.
Mascha Heidelberg joined Müller Schupfner & Partner as an attorney in 2010; she started in Munich and moved to the Hamburg team in 2013. In 2014, she was appointed junior partner.
