The EUIPO Boards of Appeal, has invited our Partner F. Peter Müller as a Speaker to the upcoming IP Mediation Conference, which will take place on 19 and 20 October 2023 at the EUIPO’s headquarters in Alicante, Spain, as well as online.
This two-day Conference brings together representatives from a broad variety of stakeholders committed to Mediation and other Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) mechanisms, from all over the world. In particular, we will welcome speakers and delegates from IP offices, EU Institutions and policy makers, lawyers, in-house counsels and other IP practitioners, judges, leading mediation institutions, sectors of international industry and owners of smaller business and global IP users, ADR training providers, as well as academia.
The Program of the Conference has been designed to encourage discussion, interaction and networking, and on this occasion, it proposes to focus on the pragmatic and practical aspects of mediation as an incentive for businesses and their legal counsels. In doing this, a wide range of experts and practitioners will engage the audience by going through four key aspects of Mediation and other ADR mechanisms within the field of IP.
