We are pleased to announce that ECTA (European Communities Trademark Association), an association with a long history in various aspects of IPR, is embarking on this important issue of the intellectual property law.
Today, ECTA’s Board of Supervisors officially gave the go-ahead for the establishment of a Patent Committee and we are proud to announce that our Managing Partner F. Peter Müller will chair the Committee for the next four years. We are delighted that he has been selected to chair the Committee and wish him every success in this important role.
The application process for membership of the Committee will be opened shortly. If you work in the patent industry and have an interest in shaping developments in the field, we encourage you to join ECTA on this exciting journey.
