Profile
Klaus practice focuses on trademark and unfair competition law. He advises medium-sized companies and international groups on their trademark strategy and the selection of new trademarks as well as in court and out-of-court disputes worldwide, as well as start-ups in building up their trademark portfolio. He represents intellectual property rights in cease-and-desist and litigation proceedings. In addition, Klaus has extensive knowledge in other legal areas in the field of civil and criminal law.
After completing his doctorate, Klaus worked for 4 years as a legal clerk at the German Patent and Trademark Office before joining the law firm Weickmann & Weickmann. After the spin-off of Weickmann & Weickmann to RLTG, Dr Scheib joined Müller Schupfner & Partner in 2021.
